After 7 years of development with expanding scale of the company and various projects, Internal Control Department is founded with the mission to supervise the operation process of all other internal departments and to maintain high standards of the entire business.
As an Internal Control Specialist, you will have chance to work directly with the COO as well as other heads of departments: Product Development, IT, Human Resource, Business Development, Customer Service… and learn from E-Logistics experts in GHTK. This position is suitable for final-year students, fresh graduates or candidates with less than 03 years of experience, who wish to broaden knowledge on various fields and have an overview of an E-Logistics business.
1. WHAT YOU WILL DO
– You will join in different internal departments to thoroughly understand their operation processes, then you will work closely with heads of departments to supervise all those processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness;
– You will make assessments of current operation status, detecting and analyzing prominent issues in departments’ activities;
– You will provide conclusions to the COO through executive summary and detail reports on a regular basis; together with proposals of any potential initiative to improve the operation processes;
– You will contribute to the establishment and optimization of the company’s controlling process and efficiency through review and analysis of company records and procedures;
– Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the COO.
2. WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED
– Final-year students, fresh graduates or candidates with less than 03 years of experience, majored in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, Finance… from universities in Hanoi, such as FTU, NEU, AOF, BA, RMIT, FPT, DAV, VNU,…
– A quick learner with good observing skill; meticulous and highly detail-oriented personality;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skill; High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance;
– A logical mindset with high flexibility and good problem-solving skill;
– Willingness to take challenges and work with high responsibility, solving to the root cause of problems
– Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines.
