We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Talent Acquisition Department
and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
GHTK is a professional delivery company specializing in e-Logistics, providing fast and high-quality delivery service. With the young, energetic environment and unceasing development, we are attracting young, dynamic talents to fight for the key positions/ middle manager in order to build and develop strong GHTK together. And Talent Acquisition Department was born to accomplish this mission.
WHAT IS TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE?
1/ Talent Acquisition
– Join in planning and implementation process of GHTK Talent Acquisition
Programs with potential candidates are graduates and fresher from top
– Propose and execute new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
– Research talent acquisition and recruitment trends.
2/ Recruitment and Selection
– Source and attract candidates by using various channels such as social media, job
fairs, talent competitions, etc.
– Deploy recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, phone interviews,
– Take charge of communication with applicants and interview process.
– Build and maintain good terms with potential candidates to nurture talent pool.
3/ Employer Branding
– Put forward ideas, build plan and collaborate with Marketing Department and
Head of Humans Resource Department to implement employer branding
– Regularly create recruiting content, produce various content types (email, social
media posts, blogs, etc.)
4/ Other tasks: as assigned by Head of Talent Acquisition Department.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
– Fresh graduate from universities such as FTU, NEU, FPT, AOF, AOB, RMIT, DAV, etc. or
with no more than 1 years’ working experience.
– Have human resource career orientation, knowledgeable in employer branding is a
– Marketing thinking oriented with good command of writing skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Self-motivated and open-minded.
– Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines.
– Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
