Over 9 years of establishment and development, GHTK’s services are available in the whole country with more than 1500 warehouse branches, over 1000 trucks and over 30.000 employees. GHTK has been constantly developing, growing strongly, aiming for new goals and new successes.
In the year 2022, to meet the needs of growth and development with new products and services, GHTK is looking for a Training & Development Leader to join our team in Ha Noi office with following information:

– Develop orientation training programs, professional training and team building program of Tech center in association with development roadmap.
– Develop training programs aimed at technology students in association with connection programs between GHTK and Universities.
– Participating in digitization and employee evaluation and training systems building including Management Training System and online learning materials (e-Learning).
– Organize, manage, and execute online/offline training activities according to the monthly, quarterly and annual plan.
– Evaluate and propose appropriate policies based on speciality and work results in order to increase employee’s satisfaction, decrease turn-over rate and increase company’s competition in the technology market.
– Collaborate with internal communication team to build programs and develop learning and sharing culture, promote potential technology ideas and increase employee’s experience.
– Leading and monitoring staff’s activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance.
– Other duties as assigned by management.

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or related field. Understanding about E-Logistics is a plus.
– At least 3 years experience in training & development position in Technology companies with 200-300 engineers tech team.
– Understanding of training models, basic knowledge of training, coaching and basic technical knowledge; good relationships with outsource training centers in the field of technology is a plus.
– Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
– Computer proficiency: word-processing, Microsoft Office, and database management.
– Self-motivated, result-oriented with high standards, proactive and reach the core of the problems to achieve the highest level of efficiency; open-minded thinking for innovation and creativity; ability to grasp trends quickly.
