[HN & HCM] Senior Key Account Manager (B2B, eLogistic)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager (B2B) to join our team in the Logistics industry in Vietnam. The Key Account Manager will focus on establishing logistic solutions and quality management for new corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, logistics, and business development.

I. Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain relationships with new corporate clients in the eLogistics industry;

– Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions;

– Establish and implement quality management processes to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations;

– Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base;

– Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;

– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.

II. Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field;

– Proven experience in key account management, logistics, or business development;

– Strong understanding of the eLogistics industry and logistics solutions;

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

– Strong organizational and time management skills.
