[HN] PRODUCT OWNER (SENIOR/ EXPERT)

The PDA Center of GHTK is looking for candidates for the position of Expert/ Senior Product Owner with the following job description:

I. RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management

 –Product development, including user-friendly interface, flexibility, and features suitable for business customers’ processes and operations;

–Work closely with Product designers to create wireframes and prototypes, iterate on product features and enhancements, and user interfaces that are friendly UX/UI and align with the product vision.

– Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes during product development;

– Support project management in planning, risk assessment, and resource management to ensure progress and product quality;

– Interact closely with technical departments to ensure proper understanding of requirements and accurate response to technical requests;

– Monitor product performance post-deployment and take necessary measures for improvement;

– Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and e-logistics.

Market Research and Analysis

Carry out market research and analyze the requirements of partners and customers,  propose solutions according to the company’s strategy;

Stakeholders Management

– Provide training and instruction documents to help customers understand and take full advantage of product features and functions;

– Ensure effective customer support processes, and quickly respond to support requests and customer requirements;

– Maintain relationships with partners and customers to understand their requirements for consulting better, supporting, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

II. REQUIREMENTS

– Minimum 5 years of working experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst;

– Have in-depth knowledge in the field of e-logistics, E-commerce, ERP services, and B2B solutions;

– Have experience working on one of ERP, Odoo, Shopify, or similar systems;

– Communication, problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills;

– Able to multitask and withstand high pressure;

– Knowing developing products applying new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) is a plus;

– Priority is given to candidates with university degrees in economics, commerce, statistics, IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
