GHTK Service – Customer Department is looking for Marketing Executives with the task of implementing marketing campaigns that suit the needs of GHTK’s customers, thereby improving business efficiency and ensuring achievement of the company’s development goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– Develop, execute and monitor Marketing plans assigned by Board of Directors and report on the productivity and implementation progress;
– Create and develop marketing content and other creative materials for Marketing campaigns: Ads, social media, website, blog… by collaborating with other team members;
– Create, implement and manage innovative marketing and promotional campaigns to achieve short and long-term business objectives base on customer insights;
– Collaborate with Business Development/Sales Department and conduct market researches to understand the insights and trends of GHTK’s customer community (online shops, e-commerce platform…);
– Improve the process of working with customers, including Marketing activities; providing guidelines for customers.
WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED:
– Final-year students or fresh graduates with less than 03 years of experience;
– A strong Marketing and customer-driven mindset with sensitivity to the latest trends in e-logistics market;
– Candidates who are knowledgeable about digital marketing (content marketing, email marketing, …) are preferred;
– Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market intelligence and related information into feasible marketing strategies and decisions;
– Ability to think independently, analytically and logically;
– Ability to effectively communicate with your own team, and other key stakeholders to deliver high quality business outcomes;
– Ability to multitask, handling high workload in tight deadlines and prioritizing in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
